Outlook Today comes with five built-in styles to choose from.
You can sort by two fields at the same time. In Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 you needed to go into Contact Options and enable a setting to see the Contact Linking field. Prior to Outlook 2007, the forms had a field with a Contacts button. You can also choose to sort tasks by the following fields: None, Importance, Due Date, Creation Time, or Start Date. Outlook has a neat feature called Contact Linking that allows you to link a contact with any appointment, task, other contacts, or even email. This option allows you to show all tasks or today's tasks, and includes those tasks without a due date. Nothing happens if you try to enter a number greater than seven. To set this, in the Customize Outlook Today dialog box under the Calendar heading, select the number of days or type the number of days of the calendar items that you want to show. You can show from 1 to 7 days of Calendar appointments.
